Welcome to Pahwa & Co.’s Online Auction Platform. By accessing this website or making a payment, you agree to the following terms:

  1. Pahwa &  Co. acts as an auctioneer selling assets on behalf of third-party clients.​

  2. All goods are sold strictly on an “As Is, Where Is” basis with no warranties.

  3.  Auction participation requires payment of an Earnest Money Deposit (EMD).

  4. Winning bidders must pay the remaining amount within the specified timeline.

  5. Failure to make full payment will result in forfeiture of EMD.

  6. Buyers are responsible for loading, dismantling, and transportation of purchased goods.

  7. Pahwa & Co. is not liable for:

    • technical issues during bidding.​

    • delays caused by buyers or sellers.

    • product defects or condition.

  8. By using this website, you agree not to misuse the platform or engage in fraudulent bidding.

  9. All payments made on this platform follow our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

  10. All disputes are subject to Delhi NCR jurisdiction.
