Shipping & Delivery Policy

Mode of Delivery
All items are sold on a pickup-only basis from the location specified at the time of purchase or auction.
Pickup Process
After successful and complete payment, the buyer is required to collect the purchased goods by arranging their own transportation, labour, loading, unloading, and dismantling, if applicable.
Pickup must be completed within the timeframe mentioned in the product or auction details.
Documents Required at Pickup
Goods will be released only after verification of the following:

Confirmed payment receipt.

Valid buyer identification.

Authorized gate pass or delivery order issued by Pahwa & Co.
Packaging & Responsibility

You must collect and get your good delivered by your own.

Risk and responsibility for the goods transfer to the buyer at the time of handover.

Pahwa & Co. is not responsible for damage, loss, or delays once the goods are handed over to the buyer or their authorized transporter.
Delayed Pickup
Failure to collect goods within the specified pickup period may result in:

Storage or holding charges.

Cancellation of the order.

Forfeiture of any advance payment or Earnest Money Deposit (EMD), where applicable.
