Cancellation & Refund Policy

Effective Date: 12 th December 2025

At Pahwa & Co., all auctions are conducted under strict Terms & Conditions. Please note the following rules regarding cancellation and refunds:

1. Auction Bids

  • All bids placed during an auction are final and binding.

  • Bids cannot be cancelled or withdrawn once submitted.

2. Earnest Money Deposit (EMD)

  • EMD paid for auction participation is refundable only to bidders who do not win any lot.

  • Refunds are processed within 3–7 working days after the auction closes.

  • Refunds are made to the original source of payment only.

  • If the winning bidder fails to make full payment or fails to lift goods, the EMD is forfeited.

3. Final Payments

  • Final payments made by winning bidders are non-refundable.

  • Orders cannot be cancelled after sale confirmation.

4. Double Payments / Failed Transactions

In case of:

  • Duplicate payments,

  • Failed transactions where money is debited but not credited to us, we will issue a refund upon verification.

5. No Refund For

  • Dissatisfaction with product condition (all items sold “As Is Where Is”)

  • Change of mind after bidding

  • Inability to pick up goods within allotted time
